How can I select my preferred BOX NOW locker for delivery?

Once your order is placed, we will contact you via email to confirm the location. Mostly likely it will be at the available locker closest to your home address. If you are one of our regular customers, we will deliver to your default location, unless you advise us on an alternative.

How can I get free delivery?

​

We offer free delivery on all orders > €50. This applies to both delivery via courier service & to delivery at a locker. Just use promo code NOCHARGE at checkout!

I have a discount code - can I also get free delivery?

​

Each discount code is subject to its own T&Cs and can't be used in combination with other promo codes. We would recommend using the code which offers you the biggest saving.

​​​​​​Can I pay upon delivery?

We don't currently offer payment upon delivery.

Can I pay via IRIS bank transfer?

​

We offer payment via IRIS bank transfer to customers who contact us directly to place their orders. Please reach out via email (info@storybook.gr), phone (6938976788) or Instagram DM (@storybook.gr). This is to ensure timely payments & release of the orders.

Can I get a business invoice?

​

If you require an invoice, make sure you tick the option upon checkout. You'll be asked to provide your business information, which must include your VAT number. We will share with you the invoice via email, as soon as it's issued.

Can I get my book gift wrapped?

​

We often offer seasonal gift wrapping service. When available, you can select the option at checkout. The design of the wrapping paper will depend on availability.

The book I'm interested is sold out...What do I do?

​

We regularly restock our collection, so make sure to select the 'Notify When Available' button to be the first to know when your favourite is back!

Can I shop your books in person?

​

We don't have a physical store, but we do participate at pop-ups, bazaars & charity events within the year. We recommend you follow us to keep updated on where you can find us.
